Our principle entails treating our merchants with courteous and respect, reasonable pricing, and reliability. Our company is serving strictly to business-to-business market. We offer the most competitive rates and exceptional customer service. Because we are confident with our services, we never obligate merchants with any contract; merchants are free to leave if we could not fulfill their wishes. We also offer free terminals, supplies, and in-house technical support seven days a week. We regularly touch base with our clients to make sure that they are satisfied with our service. We monitor merchant’s accounts closely to ensure that the fees were all correct, info are updated in the timely manner, and if there was an error, we usually try to fix it before the merchant even notice it. We want to make sure that we are able to provide a solution to merchants at any given time. Beyond all the services we provide, integrity is the structure that we go by. We simply provide the best service and the most honest approach toward our clients. Nothing is hidden or came unexpected.
